So I was reading Jesssss.'s topic, and it made me think..

There's over 100 million people on Stardoll, over 100 million strangers

who we can add and talk to.

We don't know half the people in FC in real life, yet we have given many of them personal imformation such as our names. Yes, you may think it is a small thing but just by giving out small pieces of imformation, anyone can puzzle it all together and track you down. I don't want to sound like a cyber safety freak, but seriously just think.

Have you ever given out your name to anyone on Stardoll?

Have you ever given out your country or even state?

Have you ever given out your age?

These are the most common pieces of imformation which are usually given out over the internet. Ever heard of Spokeo.com? Yeah, it's supposed to be a website where you can

find people instead of using 'Grandma's old whitepages'. Anyone can use this site, type in a username, find your full name and adress, your email, everything that you've posted on the web about yourself. Especially if you live in the USA.

BE CAREFUL WHO YOU TRUST

See that person who just friend requested you?

They say you have a nice suite and they want to be friends.

They then ask if you want a presentation makeover, and you let them.

Yeah, they just want to get your email so they can get more imformation about you.

Then track you down.

Ha, ok maybe that's a little dramatic.

But my point is, you don't know anyone in FC, even I could be a creep. :shiftyeyes:
